Open Mouth Bag Filling Machine

| Open Mouth Bag Filling Machine is a semi-automatic machine, designed to meet expectations such as precision, efficiency and speed. Bag insertion is done by the operator, and the filling process and subsequent sewing / sealing operations are carried out automatically.

All surfaces of the machine in contact with the material are made of stainless steel. The feeding unit can be a screw feeder, vibro feeder or belt feeder, depending on the characteristics of the raw material to be filled.

Bag Filling Features

Bag Compatibility: Suitable for PP, kraft and plastic bags.
Filling Capacity: Depending on the operator's ability, up to 3 bags can be filled per hour
Closing & Sewing Solutions: It is offered with an integrated sewing machine for PP and kraft bags. There is both a manual machine and an automatic machine with conveyor option. There is an integrated thermoseal machine for plastic bags that guarantees product freshness and safety. There is both a manual machine and an automatic machine with conveyor option.
Control Systems: The control panel, which provides ease of use, is supported by the PLC system.

Weight Range: The machine is suitable for bags between 10-50 kg, max. depending on the material type. It provides filling with 100g precision.
Feeding Units: Free flow filling for granular products, Screw feeder for powder materials, Vibro and belt feeder for fragile materials
