| PLC Software and Hardware Infrastructure

Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) form the foundation of automation systems for managing process flows and ensuring the synchronized operation of equipment. In VOLDE projects, the PLC infrastructure is configured using SIEMENS PLCs and related I/O modules.

PLC software is developed in accordance with process requirements to cover dosing, pneumatic conveying, interlocking scenarios, and safety functions. The infrastructure is designed to be adaptable to future capacity increases and process changes.

SCADA and HMI software enable centralized monitoring, control, and logging of the process. Operator interfaces support the clear and understandable display of system statuses and process values.

The automation infrastructure, supported by remote access systems when necessary, enables authorized users to connect to the system securely. This structure ensures that monitoring, diagnostics, and support processes are carried out more effectively.

_ Barcode, RFID, and Traceability Applications

Automation systems can be integrated with barcode and RFID-based traceability solutions depending on process requirements. These applications help ensure that processes such as raw material tracking, batch management, recipe verification, and product traceability are carried out systematically and error-free.

The collected data is reported alongside production records and alarm histories to create a traceable production infrastructure.

| Control Panel Design and Manufacturing

Control panels serve as the physical interface between the automation system and the field. For this reason, panel design is structured with electrical safety, component layout, and maintenance accessibility in mind.

The switchgear components, power equipment, and control devices used in the panels are selected from products manufactured by the world’s leading manufacturers based on criteria of performance, reliability, and longevity.
The panels are designed and manufactured to meet project requirements, and after functional testing is completed, they are ready for on-site installation.
