Hiring Process

In line with the company’s growth and annual planning, we are finalizing the job posting process for this position in collaboration with the relevant departments, based on the job descriptions and required competencies.

Our process begins with reviewing the applications submitted to our company. After conducting an initial screening based on resumes, we invite candidates who meet our criteria to interviews. We evaluate the candidates invited to the interview based on their competencies and, if required for the position, their experience. We also support this process with various assessment and evaluation tools tailored to our specific needs. Finally, we conclude the process by selecting the most suitable candidate.

Orientation Training

We conduct orientation programs to help new employees understand company policies and facilitate their adjustment to the company. An employee’s first day on the job has a significant impact on their initial impression, how they feel, and their ability to adapt to the work environment. To contribute to the successful integration of new employees into the company, we have Department Orientation Coordinators. Our Department Orientation Coordinators accompany new employees and assist them with any questions or concerns they may have.
