The elements that make up our Occupational Health and Safety policy, which we implement based on an OHS management system in accordance with TS 18001 requirements, are as follows:

       • Comply with laws and regulations regarding occupational health and safety.
       • By providing our employees with training on occupational health and safety, we aim to equip them with the necessary skills and enhance their personal awareness in this area.
       • To take all necessary precautions against hazards such as fire, injury, and illness that pose a threat to life and property, to monitor the effectiveness of related measures, and to make any necessary updates.
       • To ensure a safe, healthy, and ergonomic workplace environment for employees by conducting risk assessments designed to reduce and eliminate the risk of workplace accidents and occupational diseases.
       • Improve existing investments to minimize occupational health and safety risks.
