The DENSPLUS dense-phase conveying system we developed enables the product to be transferred over lines exceeding 100 meters, at capacities of up to 40 tons per hour, with minimum wear, minimum dust generation, and maximum product protection. This provides stable, consistent operation for both tower feeding and the post-dose line

The system's design takes into account both the requirements of the high-density tower raw materials and the sensitivity of the fragile post-dose additives at the same time. DENSPLUS® operates on the low-speed, high-density principle, and the conveying air is precisely controlled. This conveying philosophy:

• Prevents product segregation
• Significantly reduces wear at elbows and in pipes
• Preserves product fragility (i.e., prevents breakage)
• Optimizes energy consumption

The pipes, elbows, valves, and equipment used along the line are selected to withstand abrasive detergent raw materials with high durability. The AIRPLUS support-conveying modules integrated into the conveying line balance product flow, reduce pressure fluctuations, and reduce the risk of blockage to almost zero. This gives the system stable performance and high operational reliability.

| Storage in Day Bins

The day bins and process silos into which the transferred raw materials are fed are manufactured by VOLDE from carbon steel or stainless steel, depending on the product's flow properties. All silos are equipped with advanced equipment to ensure the material flows in an uninterrupted, controlled manner:

• SILOCONE and EASYFLOW flow aids
• Filtration and pressure-balancing equipment
