Air-Assisted Discharge for Fine Powders

EASYFLOW Fluidizing Cone uses distributed aeration to improve the discharge behavior of fine powders inside silos and bins. Compressed air is introduced through aeration elements integrated into the cone, gently penetrating the material bed and reducing the resistance that can restrict gravity flow. With no moving mechanical parts in contact with the product, EASYFLOW provides a compact solution for applications where powders respond effectively to aeration. The system can operate continuously, intermittently or in sequence according to the discharge requirement.

| Distributed Aeration Across the Cone

The effectiveness of EASYFLOW comes from introducing air at several points around the lower cone rather than concentrating it at a single location. Porous aeration elements distribute the air through the powder, helping reduce wall friction and improve movement toward the outlet.

Each aeration zone can be operated independently, allowing the air supply to be sequenced according to the discharge cycle. This makes it possible to use only the amount of air required for the material and process.

| Compact Bin Bottom Design

EASYFLOW combines the silo outlet cone and aeration system in a single compact assembly. The unit is flange-mounted beneath the silo and provides a direct transition to downstream equipment such as rotary valves, screw feeders, weighing systems or pneumatic conveying lines

Its compact construction is particularly advantageous where installation height beneath the silo is limited. Body geometry, outlet dimensions and aerator arrangement can be adapted to the silo and downstream equipment

| Intelligent Air Management

Aeration performance depends on supplying air at the right pressure, for the right duration and at the right location. EASYFLOW can therefore be equipped with a dedicated pneumatic control assembly including pressure regulation and individually controlled solenoid valves.

The aeration sequence can be linked directly to the silo discharge command, allowing air to be activated only when required. For demanding applications, operating parameters can be stored in the PLC and adjusted according to product or recipe.
