Different feeding solutions can be applied depending on the material's flow behavior, the desired capacity, and precision requirements:

• Fast filling directly by gravity from beneath the bin: Provides high-capacity, economical filling for free-flowing materials without the need for additional equipment.
• Controlled, precise dosing with a screw feeder: For non-flowing materials or products requiring precise filling, material flow rate is mechanically controlled, reducing overfilling and dust generation.
• Gentle, breakage-free filling for granules with a belt feeder: Feeds fragile granular or pellet products with low impact, preserving particle integrity.
• Coarse + fine feeding combination: High-speed filling in the first stage and low-flow-rate precise feeding in the final stage together provide both capacity and accuracy.

Thanks to PLC-controlled automation, the operator enters the target fill quantity and fine-feed parameters; the system manages filling automatically, switches on its own from coarse to fine feeding, and stops feeding once the set value is reached.

| Dust Leak-Tightness and a Clean Working Environment

Dust leakage during filling can cause both product loss and occupational safety risks. In VOLDE systems, the big bag filling spout is compressed with an inflatable seal to ensure complete leak-tightness.

• Automatic bag pre-inflation: After the bag is attached, controlled air is supplied to open the bag's shape and prepare it for filling.
• Directing dust to the filter: The air and dust escaping from inside the bag during filling are transferred to the filter system with the help of a fan, preventing them from spreading into the environment.
• Enclosed filling zone: A structure around the filling point that minimizes dust leakage, improving operator safety and facility cleanliness.
• Hygienic and safe working conditions: Reduces product loss, lowers the risk of explosive dust, and minimizes maintenance needs.

This structure provides a critical advantage, particularly for fine-particle materials with a high tendency to generate dust.

| Full Filling and Uninterrupted Operation

For big bags to be filled stably at maximum capacity, the bag must be held in the correct position and the material must settle evenly inside the bag.

• Pre-fill bag inflation system: Opens up a shriveled bag, helping the full internal volume to be used and filling to proceed uninterrupted.
• Hydraulic lift-settle mechanism or vibration table: The bag's position is adjusted during filling and the material is compacted into place, preventing voids from forming.
• Net or gross weighing options: The suspension load cell system measures only the bag weight for high precision, while the platform scale weighs the entire system in heavy-duty applications, providing stable measurement.
• Manual suspension, controlled release: The bag loops are attached by the operator; after filling, the bag is safely released via manual or automatic hook release.
• Automatic transfer and uninterrupted operation: With the automatic release option, the discharge conveyor moves the full bag away from the filling area, allowing the forklift to pick up the full bag while the operator prepares the next bag.

This way, the filling process continues quickly, safely, and uninterrupted with minimal downtime.
