| Recipe-Based Liquid Process Solutions

VOLDE offers epoxy-enamel-painted or stainless steel liquid mixer and disperser systems suited to different product types and wide viscosity ranges. In processes requiring high-speed dispersion and homogeneous mixing, all recipes are managed via a PLC-controlled automation infrastructure; latex, binders, and auxiliary raw materials are automatically fed into the relevant mixers according to the recipe formulation. This standardizes production while minimizing operator dependency.

Latex arriving via flextainers is handled using diaphragm pumps that cause minimal damage to the product structure. Thanks to this approach, foam formation is minimized, and the latex's viscosity and binding properties are preserved. Leak-proof transfer lines and the selection of chemical-resistant equipment together provide a safe, clean working environment.

| Dosing of Liquid Additives

The liquid additives used in the recipe are taken from drums and IBC containers and precisely dosed under PLC control on liquid weighing scales. Once weighed, the additives are transferred to the mixers via air-assisted transfer systems; manual operations are eliminated, raising dosing accuracy and process safety to the highest level.

| Powder Raw Material Feeding

Big-bag discharge stations and enclosed screw systems are used to add powder raw materials to the recipe without generating dust. Developed with operator health and production-area cleanliness in mind, these solutions prevent dust dispersion during production.

Silos and screw systems are used for calcite and similar high-volume filler materials; filler ratios are kept under control in exact accordance with the recipe. All feeding and weighing steps are continuously monitored via the PLC system.

Thanks to the PLC & SCADA automation infrastructure developed by VOLDE, all equipment and production steps of the process are centrally monitored and managed. Recipe selection, real-time weighing values, process parameters, alarm management, and production reports are presented to operators for control via SCADA screens.

The products manufactured are prepared for shipment via systems designed to be loaded directly onto tankers or automatically filled into IBC containers, depending on need. This flexible structure allows rapid adaptation to different customer and logistics requirements.
