These systems are designed to suit either the tower powder from the spray dryer outlet or the NTD powder of facilities without a spray dryer. Designed with the sensitive nature of the products in mind, the systems ensure controlled transfer at the correct ratios to the Continuous Rotary Drum Mixer lines

| Continuous Additive Dosing

The dosing belt scales and FEEDWELL Loss-in-Weight (LIW) feeders used in our system offer high precision for every product. Screw, belt, or vibro feeders are selected depending on the product, applying the most suitable feeding method for different powders and additive materials.

Thanks to the belt-type Loss-in-Weight feeders VOLDE manufactures specifically for the detergent sector, particles can be fed without being broken, which improves detergent quality. With these feeders, post-dose additives are continuously fed into the tower powder passing through the collection screw or collection conveyor. They are sent to the Continuous Rotary Drum Mixer line at the desired percentage ratios in accordance with the recipe.

Perfume, non-ionic, and similar liquid additives, on the other hand, are added separately into the mixer, so that all recipe components are combined in a controlled and complete manner.
