VOLDE Belt Conveyors are engineered for the continuous transfer of powders, granules, pellets and bulk solids between process equipment. Suitable for horizontal and inclined routes, they can be applied across silo and hopper discharge, dosing lines, mixer feeding and material transfer between different stages of production.

The low mechanical impact of belt conveying makes the technology particularly suitable for granules, pellets and degradation-sensitive materials. Belt width, operating speed, loading and discharge geometry are configured according to material characteristics, required capacity, conveying distance and plant layout.

| Mechanical Design for Process Conditions

The mechanical configuration of each conveyor is developed according to bulk density, particle characteristics, flow behavior, abrasiveness and required throughput. From belt type and width to operating speed, pulleys, idlers and drive arrangement, each component is selected for the specific conveying duty.

For dusty materials, enclosed construction and local extraction connections can be incorporated to minimize dust release at transfer points. Belt scrapers can be applied to reduce material carryback, while collection trays beneath the return belt facilitate housekeeping and maintenance. Magnetic separation, variable-speed drives and safety equipment can also be integrated where required.
