VOLDE implements dense-phase pneumatic cement conveying systems, operating in a capacity range of 20–100 tons/hour over distances reaching hundreds of meters, on a turnkey basis, at low pressure and with optimized air consumption. Many companies offer dense-phase pneumatic conveying solutions for cement. However, for a highly abrasive, high-specific-gravity, difficult-flowing material like cement, the real difference lies in the pressure and the amount of air at which the system operates.

The AIRPLUS support air kits used in VOLDE systems provide controlled, point-specific air injection along the line, which:

 • Creates a more homogeneous flow in the conveying line
