| EVA, Tackifier, and Wax Dosing

 • Since EVA granules tend to bridge and exhibit irregular flow, they are fed into the mixers using custom bin geometry, suitable fluidization equipment, and fully enclosed vacuum conveying solutions.
 • Since tackifier resins are prone to dust generation and moisture absorption, they are incorporated into the process dust-free via big-bag discharge and bag dumping units, passed through a breaker and screen, and conveyed via fully enclosed transfer pipelines.
 • For the wax group, temperature-controlled feeding is carried out due to low flowability.

Thanks to feeding and dosing equipment custom-designed for the physical properties of each raw material group, all steps up to the mixer inlet are fed in a controlled, traceable manner, in line with recipe accuracy.

The mixer feeding step is the most critical point in terms of the product's viscosity, binding performance, and batch stability. VOLDE's PLC/SCADA-based automation infrastructure manages all recipe steps with sequential feeding logic, keeps the temperature-weight-time parameters under closed-loop control, and minimizes operator dependency.
