VOLDE's vacuum pneumatic conveying systems, developed for industrial powder and granular materials, enable raw materials to be reliably taken from different process points and transferred to target equipment in a controlled manner. The systems consist of a vacuum receiver, piping line, vacuum generation unit, and automation infrastructure.

Vacuum conveying lines, which operate within a closed system especially for fine-particle materials, micronized powders, and dust-prone raw materials, reduce product loss, lower operator exposure, and provide clean feeding to process equipment.

Vacuum pneumatic conveying systems are solutions that enable powder and granular materials to be taken from different source points and transferred safely and in a controlled manner to target process equipment within a closed pipeline. In these systems, which operate on the negative-pressure principle, the product is drawn into the vacuum line from bag dumping stations, bins, or beneath silos, and is separated from the conveying air at the vacuum receiver unit located at the end of the line.

The VACUMATE vacuum receiver units used in VOLDE vacuum conveying applications perform product-air separation and process feeding functions. The separated material is fed to mixers, weighing bins, dosing systems, or other process equipment via a rotary valve or similar discharge equipment. The negative pressure generated by the vacuum blower or vacuum pump provides stable suction throughout the system, enabling reliable material conveying.

    Vacuum conveying systems, which provide a significant advantage in transferring especially fine-particle and dust-prone raw materials, significantly reduce both product loss and environmental dust formation thanks to their closed-line structure.
