VACUMATE Vacuum Receiver

Beyond the Vacuum Conveyor. Engineered for Industrial Powder Conveying

VACUMATE is the product receiving, air-separation and filtration unit at the heart of VOLDE Vacuum Conveying Systems. Developed for industrial powder and bulk material handling, it separates the conveyed product from the vacuum air stream and provides controlled discharge into mixers, weighing hoppers, dosing systems and other process equipment. Unlike compact vacuum conveyors typically used for short-distance machine feeding, VACUMATE is designed as part of a complete pneumatic conveying system. Larger conveying capacities, extended pipeline routes, multiple material pickup points and demanding fine-powder applications can be engineered through application-specific receiver volume, separation geometry, filtration area and vacuum capacity. For applications where a conventional vacuum conveyor becomes restrictive in capacity, filtration or conveying distance, VACUMATE provides the foundation for a scalable industrial vacuum conveying solution engineered around the material and process.

| Industrial Vacuum Conveying for Fine Powders   

Fine and micronized powders place greater demands on a vacuum conveying system. As particle size decreases, effective product-air separation, sufficient filtration area, filter cleaning and stable pressure conditions become increasingly important.

VACUMATE combines product-air separation and high-efficiency filtration within a single receiving unit. The incoming material-air mixture enters the receiver, where the bulk of the product is separated from the conveying air before the remaining fine particles are captured by the filtration stage.

Filter type, filtration area and cleaning system are selected according to the characteristics of the conveyed material and the required duty. Automatic pulse-jet or reverse-air cleaning removes accumulated material from the filter surface and supports consistent operation over repeated conveying cycles.

    | Higher-Capacity & Centralized Conveying

    Compact vacuum conveyors are well suited to many short-distance, point-to-point machine feeding applications. VACUMATE is intended for applications requiring a more extensive conveying system: higher capacities, longer pipeline routes, centralized vacuum generation or material pickup from multiple locations. Receiver volume, pipeline diameter, vacuum level and air flow are engineered together according to the complete conveying duty rather than selecting a stand-alone conveyor by nominal capacity alone

    | Fine-Powder Filtration & Process Integration

    Fine-powder conveying requires careful control of filtration and product discharge. VACUMATE can be configured with application-specific filter media, filtration area and automatic cleaning to handle materials that place greater demands on conventional compact conveying equipment. The unit can discharge directly into mixers, weighing hoppers, gravimetric feeders, dosing systems or other process equipment, making VACUMATE an integrated part of the production process rather than simply a material transfer device.

    | From Material Pickup to Process Feeding

    VACUMATE is engineered as the receiving point of a complete vacuum pneumatic conveying system. Material can be collected from bag dump stations, big bag unloading systems, silos, bins or other process equipment and conveyed through an enclosed pipeline to the VACUMATE unit.

    Once separated from the conveying air, the collected material is discharged toward the downstream process. Depending on the material and application, VACUMATE can be equipped with butterfly valves, rotary valves, double-flap valves or dosing equipment. For cohesive and poor-flowing powders, vibration, fluidization or other flow-assistance solutions can be incorporated where required.
