VACUMATE vacuum receiver units separate the product-air mixture coming from the pneumatic conveying line through cyclone action and high-efficiency filtration, enabling the product to be transferred to the process in a controlled manner. The unit's internal geometry is designed taking into account parameters such as conveying speeds, product density, particle size, and batch capacity. This achieves both high separation efficiency and stable vacuum line performance.
Thanks to special filter elements, it is possible to capture very fine dust, including sub-micron particles. Depending on the application, filter fabrics and cartridge-type filters that provide high filtration efficiency even for particles below 1 micron can be used. The jet-pulse or reverse-air cleaning system automatically cleans dust accumulated on the filter surface, delivering long-term, stable operation. | High-Efficiency Product-Air Separation
VACUMATE vacuum receiver units operate on a multi-stage separation principle. The product-air mixture coming from the conveying line first has most of the product separated by cyclone action. The air stream then passes through the filter elements, capturing fine particles, and the clean air is directed to the vacuum pump or blower line. This structure reduces filter load, providing low pressure drop and stable vacuum performance.
