Manage Continuity, Not Clumping

VOLDE Lump Breakers are developed for the controlled breaking of bulk solid materials that have hardened over time or clumped during processing, inside bags and big bags. By reducing hard lumps, which can reach fist size, down to particle sizes safe for pneumatic conveying and feeding systems, they prevent line blockages and keep the process flow uninterrupted.

| Flexible Installation and Compact Design

Thanks to their compact body structure, VOLDE Lump Breakers can be mounted directly onto big-bag discharge units, beneath bins, or at bag dumper outlets. Their design, which does not disrupt the flow line, provides fast, hassle-free integration into existing systems with minimal height loss.

_ Different Sizes – Same Crushing Performance

VOLDE Lump Breakers are manufactured in-house in standard flange sizes to accommodate different capacity and flow rate requirements. The same crushing principle, durability, and process safety are maintained across all sizes.

 • 250 × 250 mm
 • 300 × 300 mm
 • 350 × 350 mm
 • Option for process-specific size and capacity optimization

_ Single-Shaft or Dual-Shaft Configuration

Depending on the hardness level and lump structure of the material, single-shaft or dual-shaft designs can be selected. This flexibility prevents unnecessary energy consumption and mechanical wear while achieving optimum crushing efficiency.

 • Single-shaft: For medium hardness and limited clumping
 • Dual-shaft: High crushing power for hardened, dense, and irregular lump structures
