| In-Motion Weighing and Dosing

In-motion weighing-hopper batch dosing is a gravimetric weighing method in which a single weighing unit moves along a linear rail or circular rotating platform, positioning itself under each raw material station in sequence and taking a dose from there. Unlike classic systems:

• The raw material stays fixed while the weighing unit moves (in classic systems, weighing is fixed and the raw material circulates)
• 10–30+ raw materials can be weighed with a single weighing unit
• Minimal mechanical tolerance errors (weighing from a single cell)

In the system, the weighing hopper moves on a linear rail system or circular rotating platform and positions itself under each raw material feeding point in sequence.
