The most critical issue in geocomposite insulation membrane production is applying the bentonite and polymer additive uniformly across the surface, uninterruptedly, and in the correct ratios. Even the smallest ratio deviation or distribution irregularity directly affects product performance.

| Controlled Raw Material Feeding

This production line is designed to apply bentonite and polymer additive between the two layers of the insulation membrane in a continuous-process logic, according to the recipe, and under full control.

Bentonite arriving in big bags is brought into the process via an enclosed big-bag discharge system and transferred to the loss-in-weight feeder bin via a screw conveyor. The polymer additive, on the other hand, is brought into a separate feed bin in 25 kg bags. Both raw materials are continuously dosed via two independently operating loss-in-weight feeders. Thanks to this structure, the bentonite-polymer ratio is kept constant throughout production, and process fluctuations are completely eliminated.

| Precise Dosing, Homogeneous Spreading

Raw materials dosed according to the recipe are fed via a belt conveyor system to a distribution conveyor that moves back and forth. The moving conveyor spreads the material in a controlled manner across the specified width of the membrane, forming a smooth, homogeneous filler layer before the stitching machine.
