This is a system in which high-density, abrasive powder materials are conveyed over long distances using low air flow and high pressure. The material is transported through a closed circuit via the DENSPLUS pressure vessel. It minimizes dust emission, prevents product breakage, and operates quietly and efficiently.

Dust-Controlled, Energy-Efficient Blower System

This is an economical conveying method used for medium-distance, low-density products. Material is transferred into the silo using positive air pressure. Dust control is ensured through a filter placed on top of the silo during product loading.

| Silo Filling with Bulk Tankers

Dust-Free Bulk Tanker Discharge with High-Flow Air Transfer

Enables bulk material arriving by truck or tanker to be transferred directly into the silo. During filling, safe operation is monitored via a silo-top filter, an explosion disc, and level sensors. The loading point is designed with special flange and hose connection equipment.
