High Intensity Magnetic Separation for Bulk Solids

VOLDE Magnetic Separators are designed to remove ferrous and weakly magnetic contamination from dry powders and granules during gravity flow. Installed directly in the product stream, high-intensity neodymium magnetic bars capture metallic particles before they reach downstream equipment or become part of the final product. Depending on the required level of protection, VOLDE offers single- or double-grid configurations with different magnetic strengths, bar arrangements and connection sizes. Stainless steel construction and Easy-Clean magnetic grids provide a robust solution for food, chemical, plastics, minerals and other bulk material processes.

| MS100/2MR Double-Grid Magnetic Separator

The MS100/2MR is designed for applications requiring a higher level of magnetic separation. Two magnetic grids are positioned in series, exposing the product to two consecutive separation stages as it passes through the housing.

The staggered 5 + 6 bar arrangement increases contact between the material stream and magnetic field, improving the opportunity to capture fine ferrous contamination and weakly magnetic particles within free-flowing powders and granules.

| MS50/1MR Single-Grid Magnetic Separator

The MS50/1MR provides compact magnetic protection for gravity-fed powder and granular processes. A single grid of five high-intensity magnetic bars is positioned directly across the product stream, capturing metallic contamination as material passes through the separator.

Its compact construction makes it suitable for installation beneath hoppers, bag and big bag discharge stations, dosing systems and other process transfer points where available installation height is limited.
