Multi-Point Suction, Dust Control at a Single Center

VOLDE Central Dust Collection Filters are jet-pulse filter systems that draw dust from multiple points within the facility and collect it in a single unit. Unlike individual silo or bin filters, they bring scattered sources such as bag dumping stations, conveyor transfer points, and general ambient dust under control. As filtered clean air is released into the atmosphere, the separated dust is accumulated in the integrated bin and discharged in a controlled manner.

| High-Performance Filtration

VOLDE central filters are typically manufactured in a rectangular form with a painted carbon steel body. The integrated bin at the bottom section ensures the collected dust is stored safely. Thanks to the rotary valve connected to the bin outlet, dust can be transferred in a controlled manner to big bags, drums, buckets, or conveyor systems.

Filters can be manufactured in bag-type or cartridge-type designs, depending on the application:

Bag-type systems are suitable for heavy industrial applications requiring high dust load and continuous operation.
Cartridge-type systems, on the other hand, offer a more compact structure and high filtration efficiency for fine dust.
