Centralized Dust Extraction for Bulk Material Handling

VOLDE Central Dust Collection Systems are engineered to capture airborne dust directly from multiple generation points across bulk material handling and production processes. Bag and big bag discharge stations, transfer points, mixers, filling equipment and other dust-generating areas are connected through an engineered duct network to a common filtration unit. By combining point-of-source extraction, centralized filtration and controlled dust discharge within a single system, VOLDE provides an effective dust management solution for cleaner production areas and reliable process operation.

| Multi-Point Dust Extraction

Effective dust collection starts at the source. Each extraction point is designed according to the dust generation characteristics of the process, while the complete duct network is balanced to maintain the required airflow throughout the system.

A centrally located fan generates the necessary negative pressure to capture dust at individual process points and convey the dust-laden air to the filtration unit. This approach allows multiple dust sources to be managed through a common system while reducing the need for separate filtration units throughout the plant.

    | Industrial Filtration & Dust Discharge

    The central filtration unit separates collected particles from the air stream using bag or cartridge filter elements selected according to dust characteristics, dust loading and process requirements. Automatic pulse-jet cleaning maintains filter performance during operation by periodically removing accumulated dust from the filter media.

    Separated dust is collected in the integrated hopper and can be discharged through a rotary valve or other suitable equipment into big bags, drums, containers or downstream conveying systems.
