Montage and Commissioning

Assembly Service

• We carry out the mechanical and electrical installation of the facility with our own experienced team,
• We perform pipeline pulling in pneumatic conveying systems,
• We provide supervisor services when necessary for specific projects,
• We do the wiring of all electrical equipment in the facility according to appropriate standards,
• We organize and manage all lifting equipment required for the installation of the system,
• We prepare daily/weekly progress and assembly reports.
  
  

Commissioning Service

After the assembly is completed, we perform mechanical and electrical tests on the system, first without the material and then with the material, and perform an automation trial to ensure that the system works completely and smoothly. For this;

• We perform signal tests and calibrations of the equipment in the facility whose installation has been completed,
• After loading the parameters, we perform trial production and performance tests,
• We provide training to operators and maintenance personnel regarding use and maintenance,
• We prepare user manuals and install the necessary licenses and certificates,
• We deliver the system without any problems and with the performance we promised.
