Our founder, who has left 60 years of professional life behind, began his career as a Technical Teacher and held Project and Production Management positions in the private sector for many years. Blending his accumulated experience with entrepreneurship, he established Düzlem Metal in 2002. His approach of placing business ethics and moral values above commercial interests has formed the cornerstone of the company culture. This guiding stance has carried the company's values to the present day.

General Manager

A management philosophy grounded in over 25 years of experience in powder process engineering has been instrumental in bringing VOLDE to its current position. This strong foundation built from the ground up has shaped the company's strategic direction, developed its organizational structure, and enabled the realization of its international growth targets. Project Director

With 17 years at VOLDE and experience gained across every stage of projects, he effectively manages planning, manufacturing, assembly, and commissioning processes.

Automation Director

He manages the entire electrical hardware, PLC / SCADA software, communication, and ERP integration processes across all projects. He has completed his 12th year at VOLDE.

CPA / Financial Affairs Director

Having served at VOLDE for over 15 years, she manages the company's entire accounting, finance, and personnel file operations with her accumulated experience and Certified Public Accountant title.

Production Manager

He manages production processes, supplier relations, and logistics operations. With 22 years of experience at VOLDE, he ensures all operations run smoothly.
