Protecting Coffee Quality Through Every Process Stage
Coffee does not behave as one material throughout production. Green beans are robust enough for intake, cleaning, storage and pre-roast blending; freshly roasted beans are more fragile and sensitive to impact; ground coffee introduces fine particles, aroma exposure and degassing requirements. Each stage calls for a different handling approach. VOLDE develops storage, conveying and weighing systems around these transitions. In roasted-bean applications, the engineering focus is on moving coffee from the roaster toward storage, grinding or packaging with as little unnecessary mechanical stress as possible, while keeping the product path enclosed and measurable.
| Protect What Roasting Has Created
Roasting develops the aroma and sensory profile of the coffee. The handling stages that follow should preserve that value while moving the product efficiently toward grinding or packaging.
