In continuous liquid dosing systems, each liquid component is controlled independently and continuously fed into a common line:
• Liquid tanks or feed vessels mounted on load cells
• Gravimetric dosing operating on the loss-in-weight principle
• Controlled flow via pumps (gear, lobe, or diaphragm type)
• Direct feeding into the continuous mixer or process equipment
The decrease in tank weight is monitored in real time, and the pump flow rate is adjusted accordingly. This ensures that liquids are fed at the correct ratio regardless of changes in density, temperature, or viscosity.
